From wireframes to high-fidelity UI, I've worked as part of UX teams on projects for the RSA, NSPCC, and NatWest, and conducted a UX audit for National Numeracy that helped improve campaign sign-ups.
I led CRM design for Samsung across 17 European markets, delivering 30+ campaigns reaching 6M+ users. I've also built email campaigns for Honda, Toyota, First Direct, and Virgin, working across Braze, Taxi, and Figma.
Art directed a national campaign for Veg Power with DreamWorks' Kung Fu Panda, and designed direct mail for British Heart Foundation. I handle everything from concept through to print-ready artwork in InDesign.
